   We received good service here, picked up a washer which we were told was new and box damaged and was given a good price. Took it away and installed However the water in pipe was dripping water before it was installed so it must be second hand. There is also some damage to the machine that I never saw in the shop. I've installed it and registered the warrenty so hopefully no problems, but the good price for a new washer becomes an average price for a used machine

   Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware!) I was buying a high-end appliance via the web site & called to ask a few more questions as I was unable to visit the store. After my initial Qs, I asked for a few more photos to be sent before I parted with my money as I was wary of pre-owned / refurbished items. This request upset the owner(?) and he said that he'd ask a technician / engineer the following Monday (I called on a Saturday) if he could be bothered(!) This response to a simple request plus some other contradictory responses in his sales pre-amble made me suspicious that the item wasn't quite what it was claimed. Needless to say I went elsewhere

   Very friendly staff and good prices and a lot to choose from. I bought a few months back but got busy moving out so didn't leave a review earlier. Very happy with the washing machine and dishwasher. They even changed the delivery date for free when I couldn't be home that day we agreed upon earlier . Just give them a visit they're cheaper than most retails with some really good choices and they do delivery and even connect your new appliance for a reasonable price if you choose. Highly recommended. Thanks
