   Amazing customer service. Their prices are very competitive and their employees are very attentive. Our purchase of the dishwasher was the lowest price available online and it was handled very professionally from the order to delivery. They even reached us personally and suggested arranging the delivery window around our convenience. Competent delivery people were very careful not to damage the walls when they had to carry the dishwasher through our narrow hallway. Excellent experience, old-fashioned proper service that you can't get from the chain stores! Cheers!

   Decided to choose the Miele centre in Harrogate as we had a large number of items to replace following a flood. My experience was pretty poor. Once they had our money it was clear they didn’t care. They failed to tell me when they were delivering. Failed to tell me the fridge freezer I ordered with 8 weeks notice was not going to be available until I chased it two days prior to the date needed. They then failed to process a refund when requested, holding onto our money for days longer than necessary. I had to chase them again to get this done. Also despite requesting on several occasions, I still don’t have a receipt for the items they did manage to deliver. I wanted to use a supplier I trusted. I wouldn’t trust this business again. Personally I have found AO better, more reliable and far better customer service. If you like arrogant, ignorant salesmen choose this business.

   We have been dealing with Ryan at ATI Miele for quite some time now and in relation to a number of appliances. The shop is quite some distance away from where we are in Preston, but the journey has been worth it every single time. Where to start is the tricky thing, so here goes:- Ryan has been helpful, resourceful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout all our dealings with him. He has always kept in contact, answered my multitude of queries, bent over backwards to make us feel like valued customers and repeatedly gone the extra mile. We can't image ever going anywhere else in relation to Miele appliances. In these days of lacklustre service provided by mediocre staff at many retail outlets, Ryan and ATI simply buck that trend and instead stand out like shining beacons in terms of their Five Star service. We are absolutely delighted with everything they have done and it has made us realise that there is so much more to making purchases of top quality household appliances than simply buying online from faceless and nameless retailers. This team are faultless in every respect and really know what they are doing, so we are genuinely very grateful to you for what is now approaching a full year of outstanding and unparalleled professional service.    I've visited this store a couple of times and got a Tumble Dryer and Vacuum Cleaner Bags from the team. Showroom is bright, airy and has a lot of different products on display. The team are really knowledgeable about all the Miele products, friendly and very helpful with any queries - and the coffee was pretty tasty too!
