    It's not very nice when you're a potential customer, walking by this shop, only to see employees smoking outside the premises while littering and laughing at potential customers (like myself) who request that they use a bin (there is even a street bin and it's not even 100m away!) This behaviour is incredibly disgusting, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Because of this behaviour, I actively choose to avoid shopping here and do tell anyone the same thing. I am not a chav. I don't live in a chavvy area (Shaw is very well kempt, thank you very much!), and I certainly wouldn't choose to associate with such careless people. Get some self-respect, Jan's Mini-Market, staff!
