Lovely shop with elegant charm,. Lady who I presume owns the shop was so helpful and polite clothes are beautiful spoilt for choice for weddings races special events or for a treat I would highly recommend .
Don’t bother with trying to sell. The woman that clearly owns this is rude and couldn’t care less. The shop is actually not well presented and from the outside looks like a charity shop. How she stays in business heaven knows. You would do better online.

Returned to this amazing shop , after quite a long time , due to Covd19. As always the stock was fabulous and the prices so reasonable and affordable.I needed a new coat . Something smart and different .I was able to buy 2 and a coat dress for the price of one decent smart coat in Next or M and S . Steph was so helpful without the pressure usually found in stores.Steph will tell you honestly how it looks on you .Rather that , than sell you something that doesn't suit or fit you.She has so much experience after all . If this shop was nearer I would be broke ! I don't share all the positives as I don't want to go there one day to see all the stock sold out .Yes very selfish I know .
The rudest service I have ever experienced. On trying on a jacket the assistant advised 'that doesn't fit you'. When I advised that I found her comment to be rude she said, 'she didn't think it was rudeness, she was just being truthful'. I would suggest madam you keep your opinions to yourself and learn some basic manners.
Lovely little boutique dress agency in Hoylake. They always have a nice selection of dresses and accessories. The shop is clean and organised with nice displays. My rating is based on the atmosphere and service. Unfortunately on a couple of occasions I have felt that there is no ambience and it puts you off shopping. The staff come across quiet and uninterested which is also off putting. It is an independent shop and it’s nice to interact, but this just hasn’t happened.
