I have the same issue with returing Amazon items with this store. The staff/ owner of the shop refused to accept Amazone paparless return item. They showed me a video of Evri's driver( Amazon's carrier) refusing to collect return items. I understand there might be some communication between Evri ,the carrier, AM Mini Mart and Amazon. But there is no need to be rude to customers and shut people off when they try to explain what happen. I can't even get my words out becuase the owner of the shop keep talking over me. Never experience such poor service and manner.
