Bought a pair of airmax 95s but never wore them for about a year. Then the sole fell off after 2 or 3 wears and when I contacted them about help they told me to contact Nike myself because they no longer deal with Nike. So end of the day Iv got a pair of trainers that are basically brand new that have fell apart and they are useless
I placed an order and wrongly sent it to the shop instead of my address. I couldn't collect it as Im an hours drive away, the lady on the phone said she would sort it out and thats what she did it arrived 2 days later! Thanks very much amazing customer service.
Very bad experience with paying online. Been waiting for a present for my brother birthday 16 days!!! And I did pay extra for next day delivery. After messaging to this unprofessional company I did get a email back after 14 days! Saying they need to contact the courier. After another 2 days of asking them what's going on I did a phone call. The lady on the phone like nothing make up a story in a second that she did receive the email back just right now and the courier said it was lost ( after I was saying that for 14 days!) Then now they are saying they can't resend this item as is no longer in stock. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM WEBSIDE! Well after all they don't care about nothing and they don't have any respect to the costumer. THANK YOU FOR WASTE OF MY TIME AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Ordered 3 ON items, two correct items delivered, and one item that I did not order and looked like it had been retturned previously. Order was not delivered to my house, proof of my door and inside of my house was requested and sent. Still not enough information for them. Will avoid in future
Good range of sport, technical and designer brands over 2 floors. Priced in line with other retailers but have items not found in larger chain stores. Worth a visit.

Found a pair of berghaus pants online but said you could only buy instore. Went to L1 store, not in stock but staff organised a transfer from Huyton store to pick up this week. Travelled from Southport today to find they had sold my reserved order online even though last week I couldn’t! Staff apologised and offered me 10% discount on a different, far more expensive pair! Really not impressed. How hard is it to attach a label to say an item is reserved!
