A male staff member here was very impolite and ill-mannered towards us. We left immediately. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome in this store, would not recommend.
Guy on the checkout was lovely the one on the shop floor seemed a bit grumpy, loads of bargains, got my son jeans and a smart top for £90 paid cash which was good too and lots of variety of sale clothes around the shop. Definitely shop here again.
Outstanding service from Lauren Bellis, Lauren Bevington, Lauren Devlin and Gabby. From walking into the store they were very welcoming, approached me with care and took their time out to go through outfits. The ultimate experience in personal shopping if you ask me. Wonderful staff and cloths. No complaints whatsoever. I asked if there was any discount on the full prices jean that I bought and the checkout guy said we don’t do discounts in the store.. then how come the other 2 jeans that bought had the discount applied! God knows his logic.
After visiting your store today we have a mixed review. Very pleasant girl on the changing rooms who couldn’t do enough to help us. However our experience at the till ( young dark haired man) not so pleasant. We spent between us way over the amount to secure some offers but he failed to explain this to us before hand. Very flippant and quite rude when we questioned this. We left feeling cross. We then visited at least another 20 outlet stores whose staff on the till went out of their way to help. Your staff member could do with learning some skills from them.
A nice day out at Cheshire oaks. Can get busy during the day and you can struggle to park. Plenty of shops have now reopened after lockdown. A lot of stores have sales on so you can always find a bargain.
Whether we’re a professional or not, for me it’s very nice if I can wear a branded brand for working with a good price. So that’s why I always Premium Factory Outlet whenever I travel to Europe or US. We can find various branded brand with lower price
