   Absolutely terrible experience with FoodPatrol. I shop online extremely often and have a lot of experience with returns. I followed all their instructions exactly, yet my package was returned to me by the shipping provider or customs, not by FoodPatrol themselves. I understand that part isn’t directly their fault. What made it unacceptable is that after I used their contact form on the website to ask for help, I never got any response. When I finally called their hotline from Germany, the agent had no clue how to help. I had to explain the case to him three times. And then he just told me I’d have to buy a new shipping label myself. He even said that if it happened again, they couldn't do anything about it. Then he rudely hung up on me. This left me completely alone with the problem, with no guidance on how to prevent it in the future. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had – I'll never shop there again.

   Don’t buy from footpatrol , looks like fake company . had sent two parcels for return above 200 pounds. Refunded for 1 . On enquiry what I haven’t received full refund , customer service team was very unhelpful. Basically replied back saying we haven’t it , even after email confirmed of received. Lost my money . Never buy from them .

   Finally found a new place to get me some.jordans! Found it on the off chance so will definitely be popping back here when back in London in February! The shoes are not silly priced either. They have a good selection of jordan trainers and others.

   Was refunded delivery fees due to a delay then told a day later I wasn’t getting my order because it wasn’t in stock / didn’t exist. Never got the refund for the shoes, called customer service weeks later and was told it had been refunded and I was lying. Over a month later now and I’ve still not seen the £130 I’m due back. Seems like a lot of people say the same thing in reviews, AVOID THIS COMPANY. You’ll be left out of pocket and disappointed

   Great service + Delivery. Just wanted to thank Footpatrol for the great service. I ordered a pair of trainers on Saturday at 3pm and they were delivered on Monday via EVRI at 11:45am. Really happy with the service as no other retailer in the UK had these trainers and it was my first time shopping with them. I will definitely be back for more. Keep up the good work!

   Ordered on Friday, a pair of Jordan’s for my little boy. Arrived on Sunday, going to have a very happy boy on Christmas Day. A lot of conflicting reviews, and I have to admit I almost didn’t buy from here. But I took the risk, and it paid off. Very good communication from the minute it was dispatched, to when it was delivered. 5 stars all round!

   Be aware! They’re sending £200 pair of trainers with Evri courier. Parcel has never arrived. Now I have to chase them to get my money back. Do not buy from their website!
