   Parking is a joke. Two disabled bays and other spaces are way too small. Small selection of products inside. I'd rather drive to Gemini. Lots of parking, much larger store and a greater selection of products.

   In the grocery section my experience was abysmal. I waited for nearly 6 minutes for a member of staff to see to my self checkout issue. 3 staff on duty, one at a till, the other 2 wandering but they all noticed. No smile, no apology. What miserable people!

   We went in the cafe yesterday. The food was OK, but the experience was totally ruined by unruly and loud children. Standing on the furniture, banging toys everywhere and being loud and obnoxious. Parents and grandparents just let them get on with it. They're every bit as bad. Basic manners and good behaviour seem to be a thing of the past. Have a children's area if you must and let the bad behaved stay there and that includes parents too. Signs on the wall would be helpful to keep children quiet as there are other diners trying to enjoy their experience. Slow waiting times and tables full of crockery. Poor all round.

   Absolutely disgusting service! I bought my mum a dress for her birthday and have the receipt to prove it and proof on my bank transaction. I have now made five phone calls to the Customer Service desk in Cape Town and the store are now saying the amount is going to be half the payment because its now in the sale. The Cape Town call centre completely disagrees and the St Helens store will not refund because the tag is not on the dress. I even offered to have an exchange but no they are refusing its just dispicable.

   Called in this morning for a gift card and scarf for a present. I thought I would in and out quickly. Stood in the queue for what seemed ages mainly because the two women on the tills seemed to be messing up every order they put through. Finally got to my turn cashier scanned the gift card and scarf I paid with my card. I wanted the gift receipt for the gift card but the cashier said it hadn't gone on so would have to scan again yet I had clearly paid for it . She obviously didn't know what she was doing or able to add up as I had paid £42.50 on my card then she had charged me for the gift card. (Scarf was £12.50 and I wanted £30 gift card). So I wasn't walking away without it . I asked for a refund which again she was unable to do. In the end a supervisor with the rudest attitude came to do my refund. I won't use this store again. Tip if you are in a hurry give this place a miss until they get some competent staff.

   Enjoyed a nice walk around the store today. Everything displayed nicely, staff friendly and professional. Went for a bite to eat in the cafe, lovely food. Only snack type items available such as toasties and baked potato etc tempting cakes also.
