For a suit hire. Definitely would not recommend, staff where not very helpful at all at times just rude. Had to return a suit late due to a death on the family and they still charged late fees. When I explained the situation they didn't even bother to say sorry for your loss or anything it was all about retrieving the fee.
Lee. Worst staff member to exist. Don’t know where to begin. Not acknowledging me and my mates. Then when he does it’s in an aggressive tone. Refuses to measure us, in a suit shop? Keeps looking at his watch reminding us the place is closing in 20 minutes. Made us all feel uncomfortable. Never going again. Telling everyone to stay away
My transvestite (they/them) child was getting married. I needed a gender neutral suit. Moss bros helped my child Hercules very well. The suit was highly gender neutral and i felt it was also quite a left wing suit. Thank you, I will be back.
Awful service. Borderline scam approach - odd since I bought my wedding suit from here this year and the young lad who served me was excellent. Went to return a tuxedo dress shirt unworn after realising I had one already. Staff (woman and a tall man) passively said “it’s wet” to each other without the manners and standard adult levels of social interaction to speak with me standing next to them. The shirt was cool after having walked down on this cool day - see picture attached. Can only think they were shy on sales targets for the month or something. Really disgusting behaviour. Do not go here. Will be adding similar feedback to TrustPilot if possible next to help others avoid.

The ageism my now husband and I experienced is not only immoral but unprofessional. The experience my husband had when he was a groomsman to when he was the groom made that glaringly obvious. When he was a groomsman, they were absolutely fine with him and a few others in the party to come in the week before his friends wedding to get sized, but when we came in a month and a half in advance of our wedding (due to my visa constraints) they gave us a hard time. They gave my husband the wrong size shirt ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING and didn’t do or say anything to fix THEIR mistake. Not only that, but they lied to one of our groomsman saying they didn’t have the shirt he needed in his size “anywhere within the company” but he simply went into another Moss Bros and found it no problem. The overall treatment we received while in store was unacceptable so if you’re 25 or under, don’t go here unless you want similar treatment.
During my visit to Moss Bros Liverpool, I was greeted with friendly faces and prompt service. I was catered for by a lovely lady called Lorien who managed to take my very vague idea of what I wanted to purchase and made it a reality. She knew what she was talking about and was very patient with my indecision. A real asset to the team. My visit to this store was pleasant and I left very satisfied with the service.
Really great experience. Harry helped me find three brilliant work suits and went above and beyond. Would recommend Moss Bros, they never let you down.
Mo is a hero. Called him in the morning as we had an event in Liverpool that evening and didn’t have a tux. A few hours later I walked out with the full tux, shirt and shoes all fit to perfection. Brilliant service - will drop in here when I’m in Liverpool again.
Came in looking for a bow tie and dress shirt. Picked up what I thought was my shirt size and went to the till to pay. The staff member queried my neck size and suggested taking a measurement. Discovered I need a smaller size, which turned out to be a perfect fit. Great service from someone who obviously knows their job.
