   Everything about this brand is top quality including the staff, especially chris whos a great lad 100% genuine. Went in to the store yesterday and came away with three different outfits, made up with everything. Really didn't expect it to be that cheap but that's a bonus anyway. Definitely be back in for another rig out soon.

   Ordered online & collected in store. Walked in & greeted by a young lad who was very polite & very helpful. I ended up buying another T-Shirt whilst there. Great fit, great quality and a really good selection of clothing in store. Can't recommend these highly enough. Doing Liverpool proud. Keep smashing it lads

   Truly the WORST company i have ever dealt with. I purchased a very expensive hoodie, which arrived in faulty condition. Zip was sticking and would not open and close properly. They had used some cheap leather effect material and cheap quality zip from what i can see. They advised to buy a size up which i did and still the item was not the correct size. When i advised of the return they stated they would ONLY refund me around 4 pounds for delivery cost should they deem the item faulty. they refused to collect the item and when the item arrived back they advised Klarna that the item was not faulty!! I am shocked how they can claim to be a quality brand when Primark has better quality in my opinion. I would NOT trust them and buy from them if i am expecting a quality item. They have also taken my money through Klarna and i do not have any item from them.
