   I went to drop off some parcels today and had a really disappointing experience. The staff member was rude, overly inquisitive, and kept asking unnecessary questions about the parcels. Even worse, she involved other customers in the conversation, which was completely inappropriate. Overall, the service was poor and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated.

   Check the quality of the cigars before purchasing!! Cigars arent stored at the correct relative humidity. The owner denied selling a dry brittle and broken cigar to us and then we said we will provide receipts because all we want is a replacement the owner reluctantly agreed and said don't come back. Go to a professional tobacconist for cigars, they know what they are doing.

   Well it’s such an effort for the store worker to get up off his chair. Every time I go in it’s like such an effort for them. Last time I go there. A smile might help or hello (shaw shop Oldham)

   I avoid if I can help it as the staff are not very friendly. The lady is but the man is a bit miserable!!! I find it quite highly priced and only really go in to send parcels back now a days.

   Used to love this shop but the new owners took over and all I have had is abuse. The "owner" is extremely racist. I went in with my 5 year old nephew and there are a selection of toys he went and had a look. She bends over the counter and says. "boy! Don't touch those and get away from them" I replied with "sorry he's only young he loves this shop" she then looks me up and down in disgust and replied "you should tell him to behave and told me to hold his hand. I had three drinks, my nephews sweets and an umbrella in my hands. And he Did nothing wrong. Do not reccomend!
