   Fantastic wine bar. Visited Sunday with friends, spent a lovely few hours. Wines were excellent, as were the nibbles. Owner & his daughter were brilliant hosts, friendly & he had a wealth of knowledge. Hoping to visit again, along way from Wales but worth the journey.

   Popped in before Christmas while visiting family in the area. Great selection of wines and spirits, including a range of local products. Good recommendations & extremely friendly service, even with it being busy. Located on the corner with steps down into the shop, can be easily missed, however their sign is at street level so keep your eyes peeled. Hot Mulled wine was also delicious, highly recommend!

   Despite the wonderful reviews of this business, the majority of which seem to be based upon the customer service for people making in person shop purposes, they are less than capable in dealing with web purchases other than taking money from you. Attempts to contact them via the web site go unanswered - despite them taking the money from you. Phone calls - unanswered - despite them taking the money from you When you do speak to a person they are friendly and helpful - but you still don't get what you have ordered - despite them taking the money off you Communication is virtually non existent and we they have now had hundreds of £'s from us but have neither communicated that there are any delays nor fulfilled the order, but still have our money. So cannot recommend this company as they have no idea how to run a web business

   Great little wine shop. The staff are very friendly and have a good knowledge about wines. They are happy to help you buy the best wine for your budget and taste from previous drank wines. Good selection of stock from the cheaper bottles to more luxurious wines. Overall great shopping experience and upto now always been over pleased with my purchases
