   Guy behind the counter couldn’t even have the decency to use his voice when I was talking to him. Says they do pay points so I went to ask, he’s either naturally miserable or was having a bad day but based on the other reviews looks like he was born like that !

   AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST. Very unprofessional. The owner and the people who work there are not friendly or professional at all. They also don’t know their business very well. Avoid at all cost especially for UPS delivery.

   I'm furious about my recent experience with the parcel pick-up service at this location today. The staff displayed a shocking lack of customer service skills, creating an overall unpleasant atmosphere. To top it off, they insisted that my wife had to come to this shop in person with her photo ID to pick up the parcel. This is absolutely unacceptable.

   Superb wines at a very reasonable price ....for those wishing wines which are lost in blending this is a treasure chest of taste for the more discerning palate.I could not recommend the quality of the wine the service and they do delivery too. Amazing shop and staffs. So friendly, and quite helpful. The prosecco bottles I bought as a gift for friends were just perfect. I'll be shopping here again, eagerly! Couldn’t recommend enough.

   Really bad experience. Went to use the shop as a UPS service point. When I dropped the parcel off they took my details and phone number and the parcel appeared to get scanned in. I then left but half an hour later I had received text notification of proof of postage (this is what you get from a UPS service point - no physical receipt). I called the shop who were initially really difficult over the phone, but eventually assured me they had the parcel and it would be passed on to the UPS driver. At this point I should have just gone and picked it up again. Weeks later and unsurprisingly it’s gotten lost. Shop deny all knowledge of it and no text with a tracking number or proof of postage. Avoid!

   I think they have a low costumer service skills because they didn't check my UPS parcel at their system (computer). I wasted my time and money for bus ticket :,(

   Miserable. A couple of times I've had the misfortune of having to use the parcel pick up service here. They have no customer service skills what's so ever. Horrible little shop anyway, with shelves half empty.
