We called into Bek’s Electrical on the 03/07/25 and all we we’re looking for was a key fob battery for the Honda CRV and the man behind the counter could not do enough for us not only did he have a battery he changed it for the new one we were highly delighted. Looking around the shop it looked well equipped with tools and electrical appliances. Thank you.

10/10, absolutely fantastic. My Dad kindly surprised me with a new tumble-dryer after ours broke suddenly, and Bek's Electrical were there to save the day! Not only was it arranged at short notice, but the lovely Matt delivered it right to my door the following day. Could not be more thankful to them for their efficiency & Matt's kindness and professionalism. Would not hesitate to go back to them at all for any other electrical needs of ours. My elderly mum Paid for a brush. Man inside swapped it for one that had been used. :( she was too embarrassed to go back. The man told her the outside one was the display model. Basically a rip off. Should be ashamed.
Bought 2 washing machines and a heatpump tumble dryer so far this year, guys in shop are good, nice to deal with, very helpful, good reliable deliveries. On experience so far would recommend highly.
Sold a faulty product and received no satisfaction from the manager. Also paid £10 over the prices quoted on Amazon. The management says no price match policy. No refunds for faulty products either. Will not use them again, if they employ louts.
