Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. No idea about customer service! Won't be using them again, as they not only get orders wrong but sold us damaged goods too.
Won't be using this branch again. Complete joke people are arrogant and unhelpful. I ordered well within the cut off period for next day delivery and my order has not turned up. They couldnt care less its the third time its happened not anymore. Stick to Screwfix they guarantee next day delivery and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Just collected a couple of pre ordered items from here. Very blunt and unfriendly bloke served me. Won’t be using that branch again.
