Customer service - a real disgrace! Products appear in stock on the website, they charge you the whole amount, then they ask you to choose different items as the one you’ve ordered are actually NOT in stock. I emailed them about this 3 days ago and they still haven’t bothered to reply. What a huge mistake to make an order of £170 with them! I’ve only had a £58 refund so far but worried I will never get my money back for all the items I never received. Shame on you Hexagon - is this how you expect to stay in business?
