   I recently had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Ronnie at the Lacoste store in Cheshire Oaks, and I must say, I am truly astounded by this exceptional individual. Ronnie’s manner, demeanour, attentiveness and professionalism were nothing short of outstanding. In all my years visiting Lacoste and indeed countless other retailers, I have never encountered service quite like this. From the very first moment, Ronnie presented himself as a true gentleman, wholly committed to ensuring I left the store feeling valued, appreciated, and uplifted. Ronnie is an incredible asset not only to the Cheshire Oaks branch but to the Lacoste brand as a whole. He went above and beyond to make my experience with a brand I already hold in high regard even more memorable.    Can I give a big shout out to Hayden. I was at my wits end trying to find a t-shirt for my Dad for his birthday. He asked me if I was ok (which I wasn't, I was stressed out) he helped me with right t-shirts for him, the right fit, even the colour. He went all out. Not only that, I got another for half price, my Dad is over the moon. So if you're ever in my situation, he's the lad to go to. Thanks Hayden x

   Serviced by Ronnie today he was miserable& aggressive! Very unpleasant attitude to all my family members. The minute we walked it was emotionally draining. I urge someone to make a difference because everyone that walked in after us left within seconds because of the staff members dismissive behaviour. Absolutely appalled we did end up buying 4 items that we planned to buy a month ago we were excited to go in left very disappointed! REPLY It wasn't just the welcome it was absolutely everything involved the whole experience the shop environment was toxic and the staff members seemed they had something better to do then there job. Every Lacoste I have been in across the board have incredible knowledge and great customer service skills everything in the Cheshire oaks store was horrific! I have been shopping with Lacoste for the past 15 years.

   very expensive for what it is . rude staff . not polite . think they above all . I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy in the shop . and the agency staff are used . and let go . but not told that it's only a few weeks work . then they say . they getting rid of all the agency staff which is a lie
