   You ask for a shoe and they say they’ll put it behind the till and then when you get to the till no one can seem to find it???? Turns out they never even brought the shoe down???? I’m not sure what kind of system they have going on here but it doesn’t work. And this didn’t just happen to me I saw multiple customers in front of me with the same issue. It causes delays and the queue is all the way to the door. So frustrating!!

   Terrible store, terrible service. When you order sneakers, you go straight to the cashier without trying them on??? I recommend other stores, such as Nike itself, or Footasylum.In the UK, there should be an agency to protect consumers from this type of commerce!

   Just been left sitting on a seat for about 10-15 minutes while the staff member proceeded to talk to everyone on his way to and from the stock room to then be told he lost the pair I wanted and doesn’t have any of the others in any of the 3 sizes I wanted. Such a waste of time, please train your staff in basic customer service.

   Went in for a full football kit for sons Christmas present but told they don't sell the socks and advised me buy shorts n top from them then go elsewhere for socks. Recommended shop not allowed to sell team socks. Ended up ordering full kit online. Staff useless, products incomplete.

   They doesn’t help me with refund / exchange . Doesn’t care about explain how this works. I bought pair of shoes for £115. Used 3 times , glue on one shoe just come off the shoe with rubber . This is faulty shoe and they doesn’t accept refund or exchange , but the should do it ! Someone is just left without shoes ! Just don’t shop in this store ! They rob people
