   I got a snicker bar and it was absolutely awful. It tasted musty and then I wanted a drink of Red Bull but the fridge that the Red Bull was in it wasn’t working and then I got a drink from the freezer that was working and it tasted like MUST it tasted out of date it tasted awful and the snickers ALSO tasted like absolutely rubbish it was that taste of mold & damp must (imagine that) I hated it so much had to spit it out .Never going in here again. I knew the shop was like out dated in the beginning so I don’t know why I went back to see if it’s improved but it’s not…go GO LOCAL next door. Like you guys don’t understand i’ve been here before right like 2 years ago & few years after that (local not uni) got sweets & they were just sliming & everything had dust

   Relied too much on their reputation. Disgustingly rude staff, and with no customer service experience or training. I've witnessed first hand them selling to under age local Manchester Grammar boys and girls school kids illegal vapes and alcohol. There's more reputable off licences and shops now available. The market has opened up, thankfully.

   This place must seriously rake in the dough for a convenience store. The amount of money from the drunk, the blazed and stupid freshers with deep projects must really lead to some $$. Saying that they are generally pretty friendly and they’ve got nice snack selection.

   Whatever you do please be sure to pay with cash/change at this place. If you do pay by CONTACTLESS card then please check the AMOUNT on the card reader machine and ask for receipt. Three times, three different people (and those are the ones I know) and myself have been conned - buying items way under £5 and being debited £5 each standard. You'll find out if you check your statements later. They may have thought we were drunk or something but we are teetotal. Please be cautious, they are raking it in like fall leaves with this fraud.

   Cheap and cheerful. Can't really complain. This place has almost everything you need before a night out. I've got a grinder, skins, a lighter, cheap wine, mixer and random sweets at a time when nothing else would be open. Sometimes a life saver.
