Disgusting went in to shop and there is member of staff having a laugh. He had a mug with Gerry Dams face on customers laughing getting picture of staff holding mug. When confronted staff i was told each to there own and Gerry Adams had not been convicted of any crime totally shocke will never set foot in shop again
Hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve had in years. SEVENSTORE sent me the wrong colour UGGs and then had the nerve to treat me like I’d done something wrong. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. They still haven’t returned all of my money, and honestly, it feels like they’re just sitting on my refund hoping I’ll give up. I’ve emailed multiple times — completely ignored every time. The silence says everything. For a company that markets itself as “premium,” the service is anything but. If you’re thinking of ordering from SEVENSTORE, don’t. Spare yourself the frustration — there are plenty of retailers out there who actually respect their customers.
I purchased a Canada Goose Langford, the presentation of the delivered item was very underwhelming, the product didn’t come with the hanger or coat cover which it does from Canada Goose. I contacted Canada Goose about this and it is at the retailer’s discretion hence the one star if buying Canada goose go direct.
Well, I found the shoes that I like. I check that they deliver to Greece. In the end, it says that they are not able to send to Greece. I have a friend in Uk so I tell her to order for me and I will have the shoes when we meet. She did it. The parcel is dispatched they say. Everything ok. In ten minutes after the dispatch , they sent an email that they refunded without any explanation. I tried to do it again after the refund, the product is out of stock. Ofcourse , they told me that I can contact them via web chat, that it doesn’t function. They don’t have a phone so I can call them. Worst
A really cool store located in the Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool. I particularly liked the vast range of adidas originals. The pricing was exceptionally competitive across all ranges. I will definitely return very soon.
Just received an order. It was filthy. It had hairs all over it. Disgusting state. It was an expensive Arcteryx jacket. Is that your level of customer service? It is first and definitely the last time I am buying from this awful place
One of the worst online customer service experiences. Ordered an item to Canada. The store mislabelled the value of the item, causing import fees to be insanely higher than they should have been. Customer services kept insisting they made no error. When I provided the DHL invoice that clearly shows the value of the item was listed at full retail when I had purchased it on sale for a fraction of the price, customer service ignored my requests for help and never responded again. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
Had a couple issues with orders and the team at Sevenstore were really helpful. Responded quickly during a busy time (Black Friday), special thank you to Rebekah on the customer experience team. Having read previous reviews I was a little concerned contacting the customer service but can only rate my experience which was 5* and I will certainly be shopping with them again. Matthew
Wouldn't recommend using this company, I opened my coat a few weeks after delivery and realised its a size to large, tried to return and they told me that their returns policy is 14 days!! Most retailers allow 30 days, they wouldn't flex on this which I think is very unreasonable.
AVOID I got a gift card and told by staff repeatedly I could use it on their site before buying it. Turns out I can’t, called to ask if they could order something to their store and come in and pay for it using my gift card, and was told that they couldn’t do it as if their site and store are totally separate companies. Was told I could only buy things that are actually within their store which is limited in range and sizes. Also customer service is appalling brushed aside repeatedly for voicing these concerns while taking 0 responsibility to ACTUALLY help their customers who have spent money there. Really unprofessional and couldn’t care less, one of the worst clothing stores I’ve ever had to deal with
