Stopped by The Bottle Stop and was really impressed. The staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help, which made the visit even better. The shop has a huge selection of beers, with loads of choice for all tastes. They also had lots of really good gift ideas, which was a nice bonus. Definitely worth a visit and somewhere I’ll be going back to.

I've been using this little Aladdin's cave for 20+ years now and it just keeps getting better. The current range of craft beers and ales from around the world is amazing and the range of Belgian and German beers is enormous. Surprisingly the prices are very reasonable. Brilliant selection of wines and spirits too. The owners are very helpful and passionate about what they do.
Never mind the newer entrants in the off licence field, and too the micro pubs offering off sales, this was the original independent off licence in south Stockport. Great selection of British bottled beers alongside foreign bottles. The wine is of course the big seller, but nevertheless the warm service and knowledgeable staff are on hand. Recommended.
