   I’ve been shopping with Union 22 since 2021. I don’t usually take time to write reviews but I felt compelled to write a review for the team at Union22 as they recently did me another favour around the speed of delivery. The delivery service has always been extremely fast. The selection of items is exceptional with world class brands such as Brioni, Zegna, Herno and more. Any returns have been simple and refunds are always processed quickly. I’ve even been lucky enough to secure items in the sale for pieces that never usually go on sale in other department stores or direct with the brands themselves as they are classic staples from their all year round collection. If you’re into your clothes and particularly super brands look no further than Union22. All of this is great but the reason I wanted to leave the review is because of the people. All queries and customer service on sizing etc has been spot on. I've made a few bold requests that quite frankly Union22 had no obligation to agree to, but they’ve taken care of it for me immediately with courtesy, politeness. You can tell they don’t mind doing it either.. class act ! Thanks for operating with such a high level of service for your customers. It’s so rare these days. You clearly have a great team down there who still care about standards. I’ll be back in the future. Wishing you all the best !

   A fantastic boutique with things you literally can't get anywhere else. Very exclusive and not brands for brands sake but really high-quality stuff. Always had great service and the insight you just don't get from bigger shops.

Located in the Middle East, and having no prior experience with the store ,particularly online, I was not sure how smooth it’ll go. It went above and beyond my expectations.    Haven’t bought from Union 22 before but will most definitely use them again. Dealt with Dale who went over and above to sort out an issue with my coat. Customer service is amazing and prices are really competitive ( my coat was £350 cheaper than Flannels were selling it!) Can’t rate them highly enough. Just brilliant

   I had a great experience with this fantastic company recently. I bought a gorgeous coat from them that I am absolutely delighted with. I had previously ordered this coat from a similar company which I actually sent back as it wasn't small enough but my experience with union 22 was far superior. The coat was lovingly packaged with a handwritten note addressed to me personally thanking me for my custom, the coat was wrapped in tissue paper and came in a suit carrier none of which I had from the previous shop I ordered from. Also during a small issue with my order union 22 rectified this immediately. Getting in touch almost instantaneously and sorting my problem out beyond what I expected. Great shopping experience and will definitely be shopping with them again. Recommend to anyone who wants luxury products with fantastic customer service.
