Being a beginner to running at 58 I was recommended Accelerate, Sheffield. On arrival the attention to detail was second to non. Running trainers socks and accessories purchased. Staff were knowledgeable and never pushy. Some 6 months in the trainers failed me. A call to enquire what could be done at 1pm today. Issue resolved some four hours later. I cannot thank Colin and Harry enough for their attention and service, going the extra mile. Some say buy from the Internet it's cheaper. On the odd occasion it may be a little cheaper but money can't buy the expertise and absolutely first class service i've had to date. Thanks very much
Great service, with really friendly staff. I went in with an issue with a pair of shoes I had previously purchased there and the person serving was great at helping me out and getting my issue sorted quickly. Couldn’t recommend enough
Just been into the store for a sports massage with Taylor. He did not disappoint. It was fantastic. I’m menopausal, my muscles hurt.. a lot. I have a list of niggles as long as my arm, he had his work cut out. He ironed me out, loosened all the tight areas including the areas I didn’t know were a problem. Wasn’t afraid to get stuck in to get the job done, I walked out a new person. Cannot recommend this guy enough.
A lovely experience in store. The assistants were helpful and found me a pair of everyday trainers very quickly. Usually, it takes me ages to find shoes to fit my very wide feet. We also bought a pair of running shoes for my son, who has equally wide feet. We'll definitely return when we need more trainers.
Great Store !! Friendly, Knowledgeable staff no pushy selling was happy for me to try shoe's on even when saying I had no intention of buying that day ,I did buy some shorts and a t-shirt but that's what I went for !! They also make a Good cup of Tea !!

They found the right running shoes for me in no time. They're very friendly and patient. I didn't feel any pressure to choose quickly. I'm very pleased.
Great service, we went in with an idea of the trainers we wanted but ended up being shown and trying on many pairs, including being checked out on the treadmill each time to advise on fit. Great guidance and service.
The service in the shop was really good. They listened to me talk about what I liked in shoes and injuries I was battling. Then they brought out a selection of shoes that all worked. After trying on several shoes and running on the treadmill in them all I left the store a happy customer with a new pair of shoes that felt good. But two days later I didn't feel so good when I saw the shoes on their website (and Topo's) at 125 when I paid 145 in store. Brought it to attention of the shop and they realised they'd charged me for the wrong pair of shoes so gave me refund of the difference.
