Upon being served by Carla in the Bromborough store, I sympathetically remarked that it must be frustrating having to highlight the charity question on the card machine every time. She responded in what I considered to be a very rude and sassy tone saying “Not really its my job”. Then, the next time I went in I got the sense she was purposely avoiding serving me - telling me her till was closed and then going on to serve other customers. The store is otherwise very tidy and all my other frequent visits are very friendly. I spoke to the assistant manager who seemed very professional.
