   On 20 September, I visited this shop. I am of Indian heritage – mixed Jamaican and Tamil. The staff member who served me mocked me throughout my time in the store because I was wearing bindi. I attempted to de-escalate the situation by laughing it off, but another staff member then joined in and carried it on further. As I was leaving, I told them directly that they were being rude. This was not only unprofessional but racially abusive. Under the Equality Act 2010, race is a protected characteristic, and direct discrimination and harassment on racial grounds is unlawful. What I experienced falls squarely into this category. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. If you claim to follow a faith, you should at least uphold the values of respect and dignity that come with it. From what I saw, there was no such respect shown – only prejudice and mockery.

   Hi this is a great little shop, always happy to serve you. I visit this shop all the time on my way to & from work. Good staff, Mobro is fantastic in the mornings and nice to chat to. The other chap in the evening with the bluetooth headset is nice also, I would recommend it to anyone in the area to do lotto or any house hold shopping. 10/10
