Lovely classic café serving nice breakfast & lunch items, quality of my bacon and egg hot sandwich was spot on and the hot drinks are just right, friendly staff and little play area for kids.
What I call proper home cooked food, we had cottage pie and a steak & kidney pie. Good choice of veg, both meals were hot and plenty. If still hungry puddings available. They also have a good menu catering for most tastes. A very short walk off the main road and bus station. Lovely staff
Lovely setting and staff. Was given my drink free of charge when the card reader failed. If you want a pleasant place to stop at i would suggest this place.

Went in for lunch as I heard it was good and it didn't disappoint. They have quite a big menu for such a small place - I had the chips, sausage, egg and beans option and it was tasty and filling and the service was friendly and fast. The chips especially were really good. It also looked clean and hygienic.
