   2nd December around 15:30-16:00 - Partners just been in to this store, lady that served him was very rude for no reason, slammed the drink down to pass it over to him and spilt some of the drink. Made the drink unbearably sweet. Wasn't able to return as he’d already come home. I dont understand why you would work in customer service with no customer service skills. Very poor of you costa.

   Would just like to say there's not a lot of this in the world anymore so needs to be recognised when there is. Visited today and ordered a new frappe to try as opposed to my normal order. The lady that served me noticed whilst I was sat down that I didn't like it and as I was leaving she replaced it with my normal. Made my day. So sorry i didn't catch her name but she deserves some recognition!

   The staff here are very polite,they always engage in conversation whilst you are waiting to collect , I was served by Chloe and amber I asked their names because of the great customer service they provided, will be going again.

   Staff are lovely but everything I come into Costa they have no ice I come after work around three and never any ice Also there was a big board outside shop advertising then Surely this should of been moved if not available I'm sure Costa are losing money with these unavailable all the time

   A back story, please bear with me. I’ve gone cold turkey on coffee for the past 3 days, i had sold my espresso machine on the weekend. There is me, in Chelmsley Wood, post COVID vaccination, with a craving for the liquid gold. I nearly wept when I saw Costa Coffee pop up on Google Maps when I typed in “Coffee Shops” into the search. I walked at pace to Chelmsley Wood shopping centre. I stood patiently in the queue and was delivered a flat white. After being promoted to download the Costa iOS app I contactless-ly paid a mere 50 pence. I walked outside, took one sip and held back the tears of joy. My tastebuds, having had a 3 day hiatus, tasted every note of that beautifully crafted coffee. Heavenly.

   START AGAIN! Costa are running a promotion at the moment. I had the almond hazelnut latte with protein for £3.30. A little expensive, but you can taste the flavours
