   I went to collect a parcel from there and unfortunately I couldn't make it until a week after it was delivered. The worker was rude and began with " we have had your parcel a week" . I responded with " I have a newborn its hard to get out sometimes especially with the weather" His response was well you should pick it up early. I found this completely rude. If you are a shop that accept parcels for collection expect that not everyone can collect them the same day.

   I've been a regular customer at Shree Khodal store for over a year, primarily using their Evri parcel services, sending around 20-30 medium boxes every couple of days. Unfortunately, my recent experiences, particularly in the evenings, have been extremely disappointing. The evening staff member has consistently displayed rude and unhelpful behavior, giving the impression that they're unwilling to handle the volume of parcels. Additionally, my repeated requests to use an Evri bag for easier transport of my parcels have been denied. This has made the process unnecessarily difficult. I'm very disappointed with the recent decline in customer service.

   This place has everything you want but the prices are to high beers expensive compared to other shops but nearest beer shop is over a mile away so people use this shop most staff are good but keep an eye on them for scanning products twice and not telling u but that's the staff mr n Mrs d will go out there way to help you even open 5 mins early so u can call there on way out if this shop hasn't got it ask and it will have it next day fresh pastys daily and they are fresh some good deals it is what it is

   A very friendly "corner store"' very reminiscent of the old traditional local store. A large selection of products at reasonable prices combined with very friendly members of staff make it an enjoyable trip to the shop. Before my fiancee (now wife) moved here from the US, I kept referring to it as the "corner store" which she struggled to grasp the idea of because of the nonexistence of such stores in the US, however, she loves the close proximity, range of products and prices and affectionately now calls it Mr D's. There should be more stores like Mr D's, so if you have one locally to you then please support it to help keep a tradition alive for future generations

   I shop at my d’s regularly until the other day I brought a 4 pack of toilet roll to find that it’s been used and rolled back up this is shocking and I will be recommending a new shop to every one it’s called OSMAN’S shop on willows lane everyone go their very good cheap price Don’t miss out!
