My 1st ever visit to a Starbucks simply while charging car It was so disappointing, food was terrible, Tea was terrible, and extortionate, service was appalling. This was my 1st and last Starbucks experience, Never again!

bad service took 25 minutes to make a hot drink
This place is a coin flip depending on what member of staff is on. Half the time it is great, quick service and no problems. The other half it takes 10 minutes while the staff chat and mess around and then forget my order and give me a latte with dairy milk even though I asked and paid extra for almond and cannot drink dairy. I work near by so I know this is a consistent pattern with certain members of staff. If you have your drinks with dairy alternatives probably best not risking it.
Generally good but over priced for what you get. Can get better coffee and food cheaper elsewhere. Cinnamon swirl is great though!
I work here in resorts world and I am a regular to this Starbucks. The customer Service is phenomenal. Kelsey and other members of the team that I have encountered are amazing also. Absolutely no staff to serve me, had to wait 5 minutes to get a regular tea and the place was empty apart from me. I can't say what the coffee was like but the tea was horrible. On the ground floor there's a Costa, use that instead.
Not great. Had to to wait 15 mins for a cold coffee which was meant to be hot. Not again. Staff need more training
