    Don’t sell coffee and say you will have it ready in 3 minutes and then still take more than 7 mins (likely 20 mins I’ll never know) to make it so we don’t get our very expensive coffee.

    Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a coffee stating my train was due. It turned up slightly earlier and I said I’ll have to leave it. The cashier said I’ll refund you and 2 minutes later, the barista has found me on the train handing me that coffee! How caring and fantastic customer service! Thanks so so much. Xxx
