   Avoid, avoid, avoid. Would advise you to not send or collect a parcel when the older man is on the till. The younger males who are behind the till are great which is why I gave some stars. I was told I could not print labels for parcels in the shop and to do it at home. The second time I went to collect a parcel I was asked for ID. He took the ID off me (my debit card) and had to hold it while he sifted through the parcels. I don’t believe he needed my ID to find the parcel. He didn’t even ask for my name.

   Bought toxic waste from here, said the price was £1.29, got charged £1.79 on my card , I double checked prices and everything. I'm not happy and I want my money back

   Incredibly rude shopkeeper. Made me feel like an inconvenience for sending a couple of every parcels and then proceeded to ask me why I’m not buying anything. Don’t offer a service like Evri and expect every single customer to buy something every time they come into the shop

   Owner has ‘told me off’ for not buying anything from the shop when I send my Evri parcels - he is very very rude and the main reason I don’t buy anything from his shop is because he has no manners (often can’t even muster a smile never mind a hello when you go in) so I refuse to buy and support his shop. If you offer Evri parcel services you can’t force people to shop with you - especially when you are more expensive than the local Tesco! Iv just been in to send 2 parcels and was told his scanner isn’t working, despite seeing other Evri parcels stacked up ready to send. Stop being so rude to your customers and maybe they will support their local shop.

   Owners are polite and treat customers with respect. Staff member is rude, condescending and many people shopping elsewhere because of he’s appalling customer service and manners. What a pity that an employee has the power to make all the proprietors hard work and effort go to waste.

   This store has recently gone under new ownership. The previous owners were alright but some of the staff working the tills weren't the friendliest. Now under the new ownership, I personally have noticed the man who is behind the counter is really friendly and nice and chats to you sometimes. He clearly cares about this store as I have seen him cleaning the exterior and interior of this store during my visits and the previous owners I never saw them doing this. The store has been upgraded quite a bit with more variety of items to choose from and the whole back section is now a fridge unit with tons of drinks and dairy products to choose from. Currently I think the store is heading in a better direction to what it used to be like under the previous owners and I hope the new owner stays and keeps up the good work as this little shop is a nice place to go to for majority of the items you would need for a small shop before getting a big shop in. Currently it really adds to this side of Handforth making it a nice alternative to walking into town to go to the little Tesco there or the spar for your small shop. Would definitely recommend this place and they also sell some items you probably wouldn't find elsewhere like I've seen Takis crisps which are from America. Overall a really nice little shop.
