   The BEST experience ever. My friend and I came in and the lovely, beautiful lady Lee served us. She gave us plenty of advice and made us feel well informed of all the options. She was so loving and truly a stunning soul. Will definitely be coming back just for her!!!

   Served by the rudest woman I've ever met. Quirky style lady... On the phone she said they had a product I needed, but she was blunt, dismissive and keen to get off the phone. Turned up to the shop and instantly could tell she had no intention of giving decent customer service, no hello, busy doing her own thing behind the counter.. checked for the product I asked for and guess what, didn't have any in... Luckily there was one for display purposes which she sold me anyway for 2 quid cheaper, but it's dented/damaged. I said before I saw the damage if it's got any issues with it and she said bluntly do you want the deal or not?! I asked if I could have a bag and she snapped at me and said does it look like I'm finished yet? The products still on my side, not yours.. I suggest you review your staff and have a word with this lady, look at all the other comments regarding her behaviour! Won't be back.

   Guys if you put you close 17:45 close on that hour please, is the 2 time this weekend that is no one there 10/15 mins before the close, I understand that sometimes you need to close the store before for some reason that I cannot say nothing, but is frustrating most of the times as my job finish in the afternoon and just I have the last 15 mins of your session, If I put this comment is because you have the best store in whole Manchester and I enjoy all the times I'm going, sorry if is looks in another way, have a nice day
