   Best shisha shop in south Manchester. Flavours are always juicy and fresh. Customer service is great, when you’re unsure on what you want they are always happy to suggest options or even create bespoke flavor for you. Great stock for all shisha supplies and contrary to other reviews it is always the same friendly guy behind the till who remembers your face and even your flavor. Highly recommend

   I have been shopping here for over a year and I have no complaints whatsoever. If you don't like what you bought, they change it for you free of charge as long as it's just opened. Love the prices as variety they offer. The best is to go visit in person and see for yourself!

   The guy at the counter doesn't know how to treat customers. Been in twice, first time made me hurry up and purchase and get out. The second time tried the same and ended up having a heated confrontation with him. According to him, he is not there to help or answer questions, and children are not allowed in the shop. Phone the owner no answer, and messaged him after still no reply. As one of the other reviewers has mentioned extremely bad service. For potential customers - do not go, there are other better places nearby and if you do go you will be hurried up and pushed out. I for one won't ever be going back.

   Unlike what the two random reviews are claiming the place is well equipped the flavours are fresh and new and they are very honest. Great variety and been dealing with them for years. Very friendly guys never once I had an issue. You need to know what you want don’t go there window shopping it’s a small busy shop and there are endless number of flavours

   Scamming scums. Sells knock off fake AlFakher and tells you it’s all genuine. Avoid all tobacco from this place as they are not genuine at all. People behind counter always have different prices. According to the scums this is “genuine” AlFakher cinnamon! This is almost black and dry - everyone knows Al Fakher is usually a blood red and very moist. Not to mention that Al Fakher no longer make single cinnamon flavour. Won’t be going there again, even their own brand flavours are shoddy has more stalks in than leaves and dry and dead looking. All the bowls and shishas they sell are just knock off Chinese ones. Avoid!
