   The photo of the entrance is an old one The layout inside in now completely different with a barrier to the right as you enter reducing the space There are extra tables -seating 2 as well as ones by the windows This reduces access considerably especially when a there is a long queue at the counter On 28 th December I took a friend there There were signs saying that at busy times there could be an hours wait for food Staffing problems The rest of the cafe has altered too and is very cramped -more tables again? Looking very tatty and in need of a revamp ? Why if there are staffing issues have the table numbers increased? An hours wait for food is unacceptable As we were leaving my friend queued to purchase cakes to take out It took a long time -only one lady serving I watched the queue and saw a man in a wheelchair trying to get past to a table Obviously the queue had their backs to him !!!!!! The barrier again reducing the access space I flagged this up with a lady clearing tables -totally disinterested I am appalled as to how the cafe has changed I wonder what health and safety and disability groups would make of this?

   Been to this place a few times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have Bern served by two brothers there who look similar and who are smiles and helpful. The staff here all appear to get on which rubs ofc on the atmosphere and makes it a happy place. Food is nice, deserts are nice too. Going back soon.

   This is a very good place to have brunch or lunch after garden decor or Christmas decor hunting. The food was nice & quite a few selection, the place cosy but busy. & the server is all attentive.

   The Christmas and Autumnal decorations were amazing. The staff as always very friendly especially Lucy and Julie in the main shop. The price increase in the cafe was a bit of a shock, but it tasted delicious. Visiting here always helps brighten the week. What a wonderful place.

   We love to stop by the café after my riding lesson down at Bourne Vale Stables. There is always a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. They have a wide range of food options available on the menu - the food is always delicious and the homemade cakes are to die for. Not forgetting, the hot chocolate which is a must whenever we stop by.

   Usually love coming here, especially for the scones. But, lately the prices have shot up and the quality has deteriorated. Ordered a Latte which came and was very strong, stronger than a cappuccino. I never complain but I couldn’t drink it so took it back and then got attitude from staff and 20 questions about what I wanted doing. Told “it comes out of the machine the same” £3.85 for a coffee out of an automatic machine. Sadly disappointing.

   Really lovely place, great range of cakes. Staff were friendly and the place was kept beautifully.... tables wiped between guests with disposable paper towel ... very hygienic. Will be back for sure. My Dad enjoyed his visit as well as me.

   Didn't buy anything today, just wanted to look at their Christmas decorations. What an amazing array of trees, decorations and lighting! Will be back again to purchase very soon! (They have some very original pieces for my white/glass themed Xmas tree)

   Thought I would try something new so I came to this cafe. It's very clean and well organised. Ladies always buzzing around and happy to help. Be sure to grab a table before you order. There's a lot of space but it's also a very busy place. The Menu had a lot of vegetarian options! Lovely choice of drinks too and a large selection of cakes. Food took some time to arrive though but there is fair warning that they are not a fast food joint. Yet if your here to meet a friend the time will fly by. Lots of parking again too! ENJOY!
