Staff were geat, food was ok but I'd say overpriced for a sandwich and cake. Hot chocolate was great though! WiFi wasnt working.

Costa Coffee never disappoints! The coffee is always rich and flavorful, with a great selection of drinks to choose from. The staff is friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pastries and snacks are also fresh and delicious. Overall, it is a fantastic coffee shop that we always enjoy visiting. Highly recommended!
Not busy. Good selection of cakes pastries sandwiches. M&S selection is very over priced. Also it seems they have changed the cream in the hot chocolate. Wasn't like the squirty stuff. Looked like a blob of shaving foam. Hope it's not a permanent fixture.
Never have the food here, but the coffee atmosphere is lovely and staff very friendly :) Lovely coffee shop with a great selection of iced teas to suit my January diet!!
Highly recommend to stop for a tea and some snack. Simply relaxing
I don’t usually leave reviews but I could not help myself to leave one. The swan costa the staff are really friendly and welcoming I live close so usually pop in for a coffee and the level of service is exceptional especially Vanessa she is always smiling and bubbly meeting and greeting customers I really like coming here it’s a really nice atmosphere.
I take my son on a Saturday. We always have a hot drink. It would be nice to blow on the contents and to wait for a while, until it's cool enough to drink. Be good to have dragon breath, just to heat it up and then we could sit there a little longer, until we've had our fill and enjoy the hot contens instead of just the chill. (Meaning it's not very hot.)
The coffee is typical Costa coffee, so don't expect anything good. The white hot chocolate is not very nice at all and definitely doesn't taste like white chocolate and was barely warm. It also left a funny after taste which all 4 of us thought was strange. The hot chocolate is pretty bad too, not hot, not chocolately. It baffles me that Costa are so popular with how bad they are. Half of the place was closed off too even though they didn't close for another hour and a half. This was a little frustrating as they closed off a big section by the tills so it was a tight squeeze to order with people walking past. The staff were friendly though which is the reason for the 2 stars. Definitely won't be back though.
Nice place to go for a drink. Only 4 stars because of lack of space for pushchair in the café. The staff are really friendly and were really helpful when my wife's drink got cold due to the little one having a nappy eruption.
