You get consistently good service from the staff here who are always helpful and friendly. Just don’t expect anything beyond typical Costa fare…
Tables needed cleaning and the floor was terrible, was sitting amongst dirty serviettes stuck to the floor at a sticky table that we had to move someone else's dirty cups off.
Was ignored despite two staff working behind counter. Not even acknowledged, waited a good few minutes and had to ask if anyone was serving. It was late in the day so only me waiting to me served. Girl who served me seemed very agitated, other Girl on the coffee machine was more polite. Not the best experience when you have come in for a relaxing coffee
I love coming here. The staff are always so friendly, and delivery is always speedy. If you're every in the area, I highly recommend this Costa
Significant change in service in the last 12 months. Painfully slow and wrong orders. Food and drinks are standard Costa fare so that's consistent. Service is at least half the experience hence the rating.
Very slow service. My experience not once but multiple times. Approx 12 mins stood waiting for one coffee this morning. Would probably choose to go somewhere also for a quick coffee.
Quite a pleasant, though usually busy, Costa. Friendly staff,good coffee and well stocked with food choices. But the staff now seem to think a plate isn't necessary if you buy a sandwich to eat in, so had to ask for one. (If I liked to eat out of a cardboard box I'd go to Gregg's).
Not the best experience. First time I went in was fine no problems, hospitality was good. I went in today to be served by a member of staff who was not so customer service oriented, and seemed rushed and fed up. No pleasantries by the counter staff. Not all are that bad in there but this particular one " won't mention no names" wasn't very pleasant. Also I asked for minture hot chocolates not festive as they don't do them in mintures but was still charged around £3.50 for a small ! We go to the one in brownhills and they never charge that amount, there great!.. Aldridge Costa you are so very disappointing!..
