Our washing machine recently gave up the ghost after 13 years of loyal service so had to quickly find a replacement and being in our 70βs not up to fitting one ourselves decided to go for local service and established name so glad we did we went to the shop on Saturday chose a washer and by the following Wednesday it was professionally delivered,fitted and the integral door re filled and fitted to perfection all in 50 minutes and the old unit taken away an excellent service I donβt think we would have got elsewhere thank you Kenberne team

Had Kenberne Electrical out for my cooker repair, I am extremely impressed with the full friendly and professional team .. nothing was too much trouble for the repair man and the shop team couldn't have been more helpful.We will be using them going forward with any electrical repairs or purchases.

Excellent service from Kenberne Electrical again. I called on 30th December to enquire about the availability of an American Style Fridge Freezer at 9.15am. By 11.15am that SAME DAY it was delivered to my kitchen!! I always try and buy local from local companies and this is a shining example of why you should. Thanks very much guys!

I popped in to Kenberne at 2.15 on Monday afternoon, Denise was helpful.and listened to what I needed, even ringing their in house engineers to check the cooker would not overload our electricity supply. Having confirmed this she processed the sale and efficiently arranged Delivery and removal of our old Cooker for the next day. The new cooker arrived by 11.00 o'clock the next day, and the delivery men were helpful and cheerful, such a refreshing change from the national retail outlets. Thank you.

Disgusting service. Took my money for call out to be knocked off any work. Engineer attends, tells me will order parts and fit week after. Heard nothing for 2 weeks and today was 3rd time Iβve called in to chase things. Fobbed off with engineer will call you and nothing to do with kenbernes really. Kenbernes takes the money from you though. The person I spoke to today was rude and ignorant. No customer experience or skill. When I complained whatβs been happening he told me he only works there so nothing to do with him. Then said he doesnβt personally take the money and says βIβm not here to listen to thisβ give me your card details. No help from shop, denying any link with engineer, No contact for engineer. He kept asking for my long card details. Absolutely appalling services!! It appears they gladly take your money, give a 15 min call out and then never hear anything again!!! When I asked when the owner was in, he asked why do I want to know and kept insisting I gave my card details! I refused, kept asking for owner and told maybe tomorrow. Donβt ever use this shop / service - very poor, take your money, donβt do the repairs and no customer help or support!

Poor service had my hoover 2 weeks still not looked at it. When we rang for an update said they still hadn't looked at it but doubted they could get parts. Charged a Β£4.50 booking in fee but not even taken the time to look. Wouldn't use again. Update after having hoover two weeks still not looked at it. . So collected it still broken His only comment was to suggest taking it to Donny Dyson. !!

Having just had a bad experience with a large national supplier, we decided to try a local supplier. Very impressed with the service from Kenberne. The Hotpoint gas cooker I wanted wasn't in stock on the day I called but David, who served me, said they would have new stock available in 5 days so I went ahead and ordered the item. True to his word the cooker was delivered on the day he quoted me, and the gas fitter arrived later that day to connect us to the mains. The delivery men were polite and friendly, and removed our old cooker for recycling, and Nigel the gas fitter was equally efficient and friendly. The whole experience of buying from Kenyberne was a positive one and we will definitely buy from them again in the future.
