   Staff are always fine but the stocks are shocking every time I come in nothing I want is in stock, I ordered my drill yesterday afternoon needing it for the moring and nothing ! Seriously not good enough. What happened to the days where you could walk onto a store and it have everything you need right there and then ready for the day.

   I called in to the Doncaster store today to return a pair of boots under there guarantee. I was greeted by the duty manager with a very present are you ordering or collecting but that all changed when I said I was returning these boots. Her manner changed I got a very curt what's wrong with them. To which i pointed out the hole in the top if the boot. She then did not say anything and started to type on the computer. After filling in a sticker she gave me a carrier bag and said put the boots in here no please or thank you. Then asked if I wanted the same pair again or a different one. I replied some please and was greeted with the guarantee is from the date you purchased the boots not from now. I replied I did know that and off she went to get a new pair. If that is how your customer relations works heven help the company. Such a shame as I have been using this branch since it opened and have never had a problem like this before. When I have returned things in the past it has always been very sorry about that and hope you will continue to use our store.
