   Coming to the shop to spend money as everyone. Manager refused to let 4 year old use toilet while everywhere around been closed. By the law children and elderly with disabilities are allowed to use facilities in any trading unit. My advice stay away from this particular currys as customer care is last thing on their mind. Will gladly discuss that further with anyone interested.

   Today 16/11/25 i purchased a ceramic hob, on getting home with it i found that to use it i had to have steel based pans that were suitable for it , namely magnetic bases, this was not pointed out to me at time of purchase, so i need a hob that is not induction. I have tried to phone the store but keep getting put through to an answering machine. how do you get through by phone to the actual store? Doncaster, It keeps telling me i have to go back to the store as the item was purchased there.

   After returning broken goods I was told they didn't stock a replacement and would after pick something similar in store. 6 members of staff didn't have a clue about the product range. Also one to one service was rubbish. I will never shop in Curry's again. Their TV advert takes the piss in that they advertise themselves as being tech experts. Joke of the year. Rubbish

   I recently purchased a washing machine from this store, and it was delivered the following day for an additional delivery fee. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered that it was damaged. I went to the Currys store in Doncaster to report the issue and request a replacement delivery, with the damaged washing machine collected at the same time. However, the staff member I spoke to was not helpful or professional. She seemed uninterested in resolving the issue, spoke to me in an unfriendly tone, and simply told me that I would have to bring the damaged washing machine back to the store myself. I found her attitude very disappointing and unprofessional, especially given that I had already paid for delivery service. I believe that, as a customer, I should not be responsible for transporting a faulty appliance that was delivered to me in damaged condition.

   The staff we spoke to seemed to busy to help us. Once they'd checked for what we were looking to purchase and found it out of stock that was it, they moved onto the next person. However the Staff at the Rotherham branch was very helpful and was able to help us get what we wanted.

   Fantastic service from Lisa Coates at the Doncaster branch of Currys today. Lisa helped me choose a better Dryer than I'd gone in for based on her brand/product knowledge and the area it will be fitted. I went in looking at a Vented unit, but without a hole in the wall, a condensing unit was the better choice...and not much more expensive.

   Waited 30 minutes in the tv section. Not acknowledged. Wanted to purchase today. After 20 minutes I jumped on the Argos app and now travelling there. Not the first time I've been in a struggled to get served.

   Absolutely great experience in store. I needed a new fridgefreezer and was browsing when approached by a lovely lady named Tasha. She was extremely helpful and in no way pushy for a purchase. She listened to the specifications I was after and picked out a few possibilities. As I needed it ASAP she then did a stockcheck to find which I could get hold of the quickest. With this information on board and after a quick dash home to confirm measurements etc I returned and was met by another fabulous member of staff, I think his name was James although not 100%. He was absolutely full of enthusiasm and a pleasure to be in the presence of. He completed my sale talking me through every single step, was extremely helpful and I can honestly say I could have stayed and chatted to him all day, his energy and personality was fantastic for a person working with customers. Delivery updates were great. The delivery team also called when they were on their way. Again lovely team, polite and helpful. Delivered appliance with care, took away all packaging, tidying up after themselves. I paid for removal of the old appliance and they did this without issues. Great work currys 10/10
