   The owner is incredibly rude and has an extremely low intelligence level which makes her service inexplicable. I went for electric and my barcode wouldn't scan. She entered it manually and forgot the end number and so I had no electric and no money. Come back in with the receipt she's calling me a liar because if I have the receipt so then I have the electric??! . No love, you entered the number wrong. Couldn't understand such a basic conversation and wouldn't give me my money back. I'll be reporting this as theft. Honestly save any hassle and go to any other shop than this one!!

   Went to collect a delivery, and the owner initially told me it had already been collected, (clearly not to me) then changed his mind and said the photograph was a fake and also said the parcels were never delivered.
