1 person working for whole of kitchen, service and dining area. The young man on duty was pleasant and helpful. Food arrived hot and timely. Bacon was hard as reheated, sausage wasn’t good at all. Everything else ok. The whole restaurant was grubby. The furniture (chairs/tables), walls, drink station and the tubs with condiments and cutlery was all dirty. Brunch was £6.95. Came to nearly nine quid with a coffee

Had an amazing experience at ASDA cafe today, me & my boyfriend both had hot food, which was nice. We were served by Remal, he was polite & attentive, nothing was too much for him, it was quite busy & he was working alone, covering all stations. Praise where praise is due for such a hard worker & a real credit to the ASDA brand.

Came in for a lunch today with my 3 year old. Very limited menu choices even though it was only 12:00. Sat down, food came relatively quick. Went up to get knife and fork and there wasn’t any. When I asked for ketchup she said I needed to come back to the till to get it… I had lots of shopping by my table and my 3 year old who I couldn’t just leave at the table on his own.. I thought that was very inconsiderate and not the service you expect when you eat out. So I had to wait 5 minutes in the que and another 2 for my cutlery back at the table. When I went back to the till for ketchup the white lady was nice and said she should have just brought it over. The lady who was rude and looks utterly fed up was an Asian lady who I assume does not understand the difficulties that come with taking an excited/enthusiastic three year old out for lunch..

Hi people, Morning about 9.45am on 17 june 2023 been into this cafe with mrs and kids, english lady were standing in corner behind the counter, we went in side the cafe, lady looked at us, she did not even say hi,hello or morning, no smile on face, grumpy face.. she asked straight away what do guys want, we told her we want to have breakfast here, her answer was "we dont have hashbrown, i cant do it." I was tired due to night shift i controlled my laugh because if in ASDA store they have run out hashbrown they should shut down this place.. if Management reading my this review please check securiry cameras, speak to this lady please, she will ruin you cafe's reputation.. not happy at all.

This cafe is appalling. Was either under cooked or burnt. They didn't provide full items in breakfast menu. Staff gave us small cup for coffee, coffee was pouring out everywhere. Staff wasn't professional at all. They need more staff. I am not going to visit this cafe again.
