Terrible attitude from the older black woman - she should reconsider whether a job in customer service is for her. Doesn’t even make up for it as her coffee’s are awful, never filled to the top and always lukewarm. The younger girl on the other hand is lovely and always makes the perfect coffee despite being having started more recently.
I had a chicken wrap and a coffee, coffee was bitter and chicken wrap has made me feel really sick since… wouldn't come here again the customer service by the older lady with long hair flying about was the rudest ive ever came across, i suggest to walk 5 mins extra for something nicer
Lovely coffee - lots for a reasonable price. Good service and nice views of the city centre.
Food is average for average price, however it's severely let down by the customer service. The front of house lady needs to reconsider whether this is the job for her and the guy power trips if you take more than 1 napkin.
Great cafe in the centre of Brum. Friendly staff, excellent Monmouth coffee, good food and more than reasonable prices. You won’t find a cheaper or better quality breakfast sandwich in the city centre. Great selection of cakes too.
A sad place full of anti social millenial office workers staring at their phones. Buy two slices of bread with BBQ sauce in-between, a tinny and a Jaffa cake for £5.
Customer service is terrible which really lets the cafe down, if the guy in the back hates working here so much he should just get a new job
Tasty and fresh food
Veg breakfast bap is really filling fresh and tasty good value for money. Bought mozz pesto tomatoe melt... So tasty mmm. keep up the hard work. Thank you!
Ten out of Ten with the breakfast Alpha version of the Sausage & Egg McMuffin. Bread was fresh, egg was tasty. I really enjoyed it. Staff and people very friendly, prices good. Will highly recommend.
