So impressed with what this team is serving here. I went for breakfast (savoury pancakes) and have been thinking about it all day since! Purveyors of flavour, these chefs know their craft and how to catch the attention of my tastebuds. It felt quite humble really, simple even, but originality that still works is hard to find these days. Which is kind of a shame but makes these discoveries all the more pleasing. Keen to go back.

Vegetarian menu, polite staff, great dish options! We had the crumpet, granola and pancakes

This ia a great little, no large space which is very inviting with produce that is grown upstairs on the roof, (yes you heard right) so zero miles travelled. Great ethos, gallery and workshops are run here too. The soup I had was amazing Worth walking a few minutes out of your way if you are shopping in Jewellery Quarters

A lovely friendly place to eat and drink with the most colourful salads I’ve ever eaten. Housed in an interesting building with a gallery they sell cakes and coffee as well as lunches and all with a smile.

Lovely lunch and hot drinks. Unusual and interesting flavours in their sandwiches and tofu sausage rolls, unlike most cafes. Delicious and healthy, with good portion.

Love it here at The Hive Cafe, they farm their own vegetables at the rooftop, and bread are baked freshly every day. The spacious interior at the Cafe is very nice to spend a bit of time resting in the afternoon with family.

The Hive is a sustainable cafe and bakery serving food made from organic and biodynamic ingredients, including produce from their own rooftop garden. There is a wide variety of food served including breakfast and lunch. The focaccia sandwich with roasted red peppers, cheddar and couscous and salad on the side is absolutely delicious. They also sell homemade sourdough bread and different cakes and pastries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A really nice concept for a local cafe and bakery. Definitely recommend!

Very good lunch. Nice Ans spacious place. Very quick service and lovely staff. Food tastes great and it looks like the entire menu is vegetarian with vegan options for a good amount. Good value for money as well. Well worth checking out.

Great location for a spot of lunch. Having been for the first time last week I've been been back again already! It's not the cheapest but it's clear the ingredients are very fresh (some of which I believe are grown on the roof), good quality and tastes great! Now I'm not in the office as much I'm more than happy to spend that bit extra which is much nicer, better quality than any high street £3 meal deal and is supporting a local independent too. A must try if in the Jewellery Quarter.
