   Terrible experience. Bought a TV and needed a partial refund, they sent us back to the original store we bought from, but, they could have sorted it out for me. Instead they wasted my time, because it’s not from their store they didn’t want to deal with it, also told us incorrect information. The manager encouraged us to threaten the original store that we would “cancel our order” if the other store doesn’t help us, disappointing and disgusting.

   I can't thank the guys at Curry's Mansfield enough for their help with my ASUS laptop. I'd had ongoing audio problems for over 6 months since purchase which ASUS had been unable to fix and refused to further assist me with. Alex, Matt, Dan and Rob at Currys all spent time trying to identify and sort the issues but in the end I was offered a replacement which Peter helped me choose. I do feel that morally, ASUS should have offered me this replacement, so I am very grateful for the great customer service I received from Currys.

   Always go to this store. Needed a new mobile phone, spoke to Katie, she was fantastic, knowledgeable and reassuring as I'm not very techy. Smooth process, plenty of advice and guidance. Katie would get 5 stars everytime however our experience of other staff was lacking. We went to look at TVs and speakers and staff seemed to run off. Not sure why a person is needed to greet people and not ask about what we had come to see - maybe that's just me. Katie was great though.

   Great experience - never had a bad experience with Currys. Recently ordered a new TV for delivery, website easy as can be. Was delivered yesterday, guys called me up 15 minutes beforehand to let me know they would be here soon, brought it into the house without asking so it was easier to set-up. Few photos and a signature and they were back on their way again. Can't fault anything and can't remember a time where I have done in the past from any Currys store. Great company.

   A few weeks ago I took my elderly parents to buy a washing machine and we were bowled over by the service. (They’ve not stopped raving about it since, hence the review posted at their request). The guy listened, and was polite and informative without being pushy. He’s been there for years - I remember he sold me my TV years ago and stopped me from making a big mistake with a surround sound. So from myself and my parents, thank you.

   Don’t even bother trying to buy something from this company, twice now they’ve taken my money for orders then cancelled the orders with explanation!! Then take forever in refunding the money!! Don’t waste your time with the. Should’ve learnt after the first time!! Absolute messers!!
