   I ordered an extractor hood on 10th Oct which wasn't received until 8th November. Despite giving Appliance Superstore the benefit of the doubt over the delay, they refused to let me return the item when I found it wouldn't fit. I was admittedly six days past the 14 day window to request a return, but despite the product being unused and stating I was happy to order a replacement product that was £200 more expensive their sales director was adamant they would not change their policy. Just a little flexibility and goodwill would have resulted in a bigger order and surely caused little inconvenience. I cannot recommend them and can only presume this approach to customer service is why (at time of writing) 32% of reviews on Trustpilot award the worst possible rating of 1 star.

   Les and the team at Appliance Direct were brilliant. We had an issue finding the right sized fridge and microwave to replace in-built appliances. Les worked through our options with us to ensure we ordered the right equipment and then helped arrange delivery, installation and recovery of the old appliances. All the team through delivery team and installer were friendly, professional and excellent. Great customer experience, thanks.

   Bought all our new kitchen appliances here. Good prices, great communication and storage/delivery. Corrected hob order when wrong model delivered and promptly refunded returned hob vents that didn't fit our kitchen units. Really good service from friendly people and would recommend!

   We did a complete house renovation and we found it’s hard to get hold of most things and the customer service even worse. We couldn’t fault the team at appliance superstore, they were able to get exactly what we wanted and the communication was excellent! Even the delivery driver was amazing. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

   Outstanding. Dishwasher gave up on Friday. Friday evening we settled on a new model (Miele, in short supply nationwide). Found the Appliance Superstore, who had stock, but no delivery slots were showing before the Tuesday. So on Saturday morning, we rang them to see if they could deliver - it being a bank holiday, we were informed that sadly, they had no vans on the road that day. But 5mins later, they called back and said they could deliver immediately. So within an hour of our first phone call, on a bank holiday weekend with no delivery drivers available, the owner & his son had turned up in a van (with only our delivery on it), dropped off our new machine & taken the old one away for recycling. It's always a delight to meet this sort of motivated business, we need more like them - full marks to the owners, managers and staff alike. Reward effort & great service when you find it, if you want more of it - I highly recommend you give these guys your business. 10/10.

   I can personally recommend this company. I ordered my washing machine at the weekend received email confirmation of the order then a confirmation that my order was being processed. Monday morning I received a telephone call to discuss delivery day and time, which was Wednesday morning between 06:30 and 07:30, which was the ideal day and time for me. Wednesday morning I got up at 05:30 as normal then at 06:10 the courier arrived with my Miele washing machine. Driver was brilliant and courteous. The people at this company go above and beyond to meet your needs and satisfaction. From ordering my appliance, at an amazing price may I say, to communication of my order and requirements to delivery, totally faultless and expertly managed. I have highly recommended appliance superstore to my friends and family and to anyone who is reading my review.    I found the staff all very helpful and they could not have done more for me. The kitchen plans were all explained clearly to me and they helped and advised me with my choice of kitchen and all the appliances that I needed. I was kept informed of all the stages from first contact to the installation. The kitchen has now been fitted and everything went to plan with no problems and I am very pleased with the look and positioning of all the appliances and cupboards. It is exactly how I wanted it and I am overjoyed with all the gadgets that are in the cupboards that make my life as a shorter person easier. Thank you Paul from one very happy lady, Mrs Court.
