This is an excellent company with excellent customer service team. I ordered a wall clock which arrived the next day, however I found it to be unsuitable and I was refunded the same day without any problems. Excellent customer support.
The very best customer Service. We have been using Paperstone for about 6 months now and have found them to be an excellent alternative to Amazon, who we gave up on at the the beginning of the year, due to their dreadful customer service and failed deliveries. Paperstone are in a diffrent league to Amazon, they recognise that as a business, we require deliveries in working hours and use couriers that can deliver that service within those times, but they really shine when on the rare occasion that there are issues, they are easy to communicate with via chat and they get things rectified straight away without delay. I cannot recommend this company enough.
What excellent service - I mistakenly refused to accept a delivery expecting a large box when I realised I had just turned away an order from Paperstone made the previous week. I sent a message to Amazon relating what had happened and the next day a man at Paperstone called me and told me he would send it again. It arrived the next day. Fantastic communication from both Paperstone and Amazon.
Huge variety of competitively priced products and over the last year or so I have made several purchases for work and personal use - but let down by unreliable, disinterested customer service. I would love to give a 5 star rating but the help I receive depends on who answers my queries. Recently I had to chase a delivery which hadn't arrived and dealing with this particular "customer service" person was a frustrating and tedious experience. Completely unhelpful and condescending in tone when responding to my queries. Hoping not to have to deal with her again.
I recently bought a desk and drawer set and it was a perfect purchase! I am thrilled with it. After searching so long online for a desk that was ideal.. I found it on Paperstone, and it was cheaoer on this site than another site selling the same product. Really great prices and fast delivery too. Brilliant quality. I needed customer services at one point prior to buying, and the customer service from Maxine was great too. I'll be back!

I have to say, if it's good customer support / service from a stationery supplier you're after, these guys really go above and beyond. There was an issue with receiving and urgent part of my order, due to a courier issue, and whilst initially this caused a headache, it was resolved satisfactorily. Transparent and helpful throughout.
