   I recently had the need to purchase a replacement washing machine at short notice for my aged parents after theirs finally gave out after fifteen plus years, also purchased from Levett and Martin. Chris of the sales team was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional which made the transaction a pleasure. He recommended a competitively priced machine which meets all of our needs and also had an excellent guarantee for parts and labour included. Fitting was arranged and carried out extremely quickly and efficiently and the old machine disposed of. The fitters were excellent and very customer focused. I cannot speak more highly of this company who really went the extra mile in personalising my experience. This is definitely a company to trust.

   Philip did a fantastic repair and alteration of a pair of antique lamps. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was superb. The lamps were unsafe with the old fittings but he upgraded them so that these family heirlooms can now be used by another generation.

   Absolutely superb service deserving far more than five stars. Very reassuring on the phone when I was panicking, a visit arranged swiftly and the engineer was able to fix the washing machine straight away as he was carrying the new parts needed due to a telephone diagnosis made on the first phone call. Both the likelihood of the repair needed and the possible costs were discussed and provided upfront and everyone I spoke to at Levett and Martin was delightful. Thank you for such a wonderful service.

   Excellent quality all round. Friendly service. Honest. Reasonable fee to look at my vacuum cleaner, plus my expectations were managed well as I was told that realistically it may be beyond repair. Called a week later (when told I’d be called) to say that thankfully the vacuum cleaner could be repaired for a reasonable fee. Very happy with the quality of workmanship, communication and overall service. 5 stars
