   I went here to buy a TV. That they are a WHICH trusted trader gave m some reassurance that I would be dealing with a good firm. The service I received was good in the information given about a particular brand of TV so that I understood what my chosen TV was capable of. The TV was ordered that same day and I was able to collect it two days later and install it. I wouldn't hesitate to use Southpoint in the future.

   Very helpful staff, competitive prices and good selection. Ordered a washing machine on Monday, delivered Thursday the same week. Old machine taken away and delivery guys were first rate as it was a tight squeeze getting it into a 200 year old cottage. Couldn't have been any better!!

   Unfortunately our faithful tumble dryer packed up and wee needed a replacement ASAP. I spoke to one of the team over the phone and he was so helpful, I ordered the new unit over the phone and they even managed to deliver it to us that same afternoon! If you need good quality appliances go to these guys, you don't get quality service like this anymore can't thank the team enough. Merry Christmas to you all.

   Fridge Freezer packed up. Called at Crowborough Store late Saturday afternoon (16:30) and purchased a new one which initially was being transferred from their other branch. No sooner had we arrived home than a telephone call said would deliver today - arrived at 17:10 All fitted and working. Fantastic service. That is why we always try to shop locally.
