   Called through and placed an order on 4.12.25 was told it would be about 45 minutes for delivery. I called 55 mins later owner picked up the call and said the order is definitely on its way and his wife was dropping it off as there delivery driver didn’t come back. Food arrived an hour a Fifteen minutes later. I did mention when delivered, I hope it’s not cold, was told it’s not and apologised. Food was cold. Called and spoke to owner told him I wasn’t happy. He reassured me he would call the next day and sort it out as they had closed for the day. Still waiting for that call. This is not the first time I have had a problem with delivery.

   Very nice place for both English and Indian breakfast. My family and friends enjoy eating here. Only complaint I have is that the service can be slow if ordering a variety of breakfast for example if a group of 6 people order breakfast items, half order English and the other half order Indian, it will take a long time before you can eat your food so be mindful.

   Can’t go wrong with the menu here, simple and easy. Food is cooked fresh with great portion sizes as well. There is ample parking outside when we reached and the restaurant catered well for our number. The only downside is the length of service, food although cooked fresh takes quite some time to come out and so the wait can be a little longer than anticipated. Nonetheless, cannot fault the taste and the price value for what is offered.

   We found this while staying at the Great Barr Hotel nearby. You place your orders at the counter and pay at the counter after you finish. Great and attentive staff. Good value for your money, lite bite breakfast costs five pounds and gets free coffee or tea.

   I really wanted to give this place a glowing review, as the food and drink genuinely seem really good. But... We came here as 12pm for food, and we're told there was a 45 min wait for food. All good and appreciate the honestly upfront. Fast forward to 1:45pm and we're still waiting for food, and drinks have just arrived. Everyone else bar one other table have left angry, some without food. I understand things happen and that staff shortages occur, but this is still insanely incompetent, especially when you are with young children waiting for food. We even asked for drinks first and maybe the kids food to help calm them, but this was to no avail, even though we were assured this would happen. Honestly no way to run a business. Look after your customers. I won't be coming back sadly.

   O stars from me. The worst food I have ever had! I came in cos of all the positive reviews. Not falling for that one again. Came home and I got sick right away. I could feel the oil in my throat. Food isn’t cheap so you expect a better quality. I usually support family run places But this is a never again for me. I have had to take medicine for food poisoning hoping I won’t get any sicker. Terrible feeling. I’m off paratha for life!

   Visted Punjabi Rasoi on Friday 04th February 2022, with my mother for a spot of brunch. The restaurant is very clean and tidy, tables were being cleaned as soon as customers left and thoroughly. The menu is extensive and you truly are spoiled for choice. We opted for a veggie breakfast and a portion of masala beans on toast with hashbrowns, BRILLIANT. So tasty and hot. We also had two hot chocolates, by FAR the best hot chocolate we tried. Yet We thought Starbucks was good! Customer service was great, greeted nicely, process of ordering explained politely. No complaints at all. There was a mix of different customers from all ages and backgrounds, some seem like work meetings, some an afternoon date, some just generally catching up. Will definitely return and very soon. Thank you guys.
